I purchased the XL Adult Ebenezer Scrooge Costume for a village Christmas fundraiser, but my experience has been overwhelmingly negative. Despite diligently following the size chart, the XL turned out to be closer to a 2XL or 3XL, rendering it impossible to tailor. The return process was costly, with a $30.00 fee, and ordering a replacement in size "large" only brought more disappointment. The "large" costume was more like a men's "medium," showcasing a significant sizing inconsistency. To compound matters, I'm still awaiting a refund of $419.70 for the XL costume. Customer service has been slow, taking almost 24 hours between messages, hindering the resolution process. I had a much more detailed review but the word limit prohibited it. Bottom line, BEWARE OF SIZE DESCREPANCIES.

Pants were left out my order

This is a very well made costume that looks amazing. I heghly recommend! Quick delivery too.


Coat fits perfectly but the vest is a bit tight. I plan to take it to a tailor to maybe put a piece on each side to stretch it an inch or so on each side. I think it's odd that the coat is a perfect fit but the vest isn't since they were made to order for my husband's size.
