Demeter, daughter of Chronos, mother of Persephone, and sister of Hera, may not be one of the better-known Greek gods and goddesses, but she is one of the most important. A member of the original twelve Olympians, she played a central role in the creation of seasons. Demeter was worshiped well before many other Greek gods and was the critical figure of many female-only cults and festivals.
Our Demeter costume includes a green velvet dress, gold waist sash, and gold cape inspired by her association with the earth and agriculture; also included are a gold harvest leaf bracelet and ornate gold jeweled crown representing her status as a goddess and her importance in ancient Greek religion.

What size should I order?
Please, refer to the size chart. The size chart is located as a photo in the listing, and the directions to measure are located on the size chart. We have made the size chart strictly on the costumes we have manufactured.
If you are unsure of your measurements, please measure your favorite NON-STRETCH comparable garment.
*We have many different styles of medieval wear, all with their unique fit and size charts.
When will the item I want be back in stock?
If you go to the listing: select the size and color you want, then click on the "let me know when it is back" button. ETSY will send you a message/email when we have restocked the item.
We have no control over who purchases each garment, nor do we have access to the restock requests/waiting list. Items are purchased on first-come-first-served bases.

The costume and all its pieces arrived quicker than I imaged them to. Store bought costumes aren't always known for their high quality and while I wouldn't say this was high quality, I would say this was impressive for sure. I opened the package and pulled out all the pieces and they just seemed more upscale than I was picturing. I would most definitely be ordering from Heritage again if I needed a unique costume. My daughter is very excited! Thank you for the quick shipping. It was must appreciated.
