Heritage Costumes offers Alteration Services ON OUR GARMENTS ONLY.
Most of our garments can be altered in some way if needed.
EXAMPLES:
Children's Costumes generally run Small through 2Xlarge. We are able to alter (One Size) Small to XSmall. Any further alteration tends to distort the garment.
Pants, Skirts usually are sent unhemmed.
Cloaks can have slits added for armholes or fur added to the hood.
(If fur is added we will charge separately for the cost of the fur,)
Tunics without trim can have trim added.
(If trim is added we will charge separately for the cost of the trim.)

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Non-rush orders placed after 3 PM PST (Sunday-Thursday) ship the next business day.
Rush orders placed after 1 PM PST (Friday-Saturday) ship the following Monday, excluding holidays.

First Class (USPS Ground), Priority Mail (2-3 days), or Priority Express Mail (1-2 days).

What size should I order?
Please, refer to the size chart. The size chart is located as a photo in the listing, and the directions to measure are located on the size chart. We have made the size chart strictly on the costumes we have manufactured.
If you are unsure of your measurements, please measure your favorite NON-STRETCH comparable garment.
*We have many different styles of medieval wear, all with their unique fit and size charts.
When will the item I want be back in stock?
If you go to the listing: select the size and color you want, then click on the "let me know when it is back" button. ETSY will send you a message/email when we have restocked the item.
We have no control over who purchases each garment, nor do we have access to the restock requests/waiting list. Items are purchased on first-come-first-served bases.
